Dove into time blocking whole hog last night. Set up a daily schedule from 4am-11am every morning to try and maximize my output early in the day so I can take care of other things later on. First day went ok - a little behind schedule, but not terrible.

My big mistake was in setting aside a half an hour for exercise. I am not a person who exercises. I felt as though Death’s icy grip was clutching my heart for about an hour after I’d finished my kettlebell workout.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
